Noel Clegg is an English photographer based in London. He captures beautiful black and white photographs with a long exposure time and using neutral filter. The render is superb and the effect works perfectly with water. The photos are taken with a Canon 5D Mark II or 40D and Canon lens, notably from the famous “L” serie.
