Branque Brol Tambours is not only a strange title, it’s a very original short-film directed by four students of Supinfocom : Aurélien Breton, Lionel Brouyère, Benoît Leuleu and Caroline Muhoza Gasnier. Unlike the other short animation films who are, in general, mini movies, this one is a documentary. We discover the life and passion of Globule, a Belgian living in the French Pyrenees. The short-film is brilliantly made but its real strength is its parodic aspect. Globule’s accent is very strong and the framing is really a tribute to documentaries of the second part of the night TV programs.
